By using affordablepsych.org or booking an appointment with Affordable Psych, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Affordable Psych provides telehealth psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults (18+) located in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, or Florida at the time of their appointment. We operate on a cash-pay basis and do not bill insurance. We do not prescribe controlled substances.
Affordable Psych is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older who are physically located in a state where our clinician is licensed at the time of any appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm your location meets this requirement.
Appointments are scheduled through our patient portal (Optimantra). Payment is due at the time of service. Please provide reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as described in your intake paperwork.
