• Payment information processed at the time of your appointment. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems — payment is handled by our scheduling/billing platform.
• Website usage information, such as pages visited and general browser/device information, which may be collected automatically through standard analytics tools.

How we use your information

• To provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and related clinical care.
• To schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments.

• Optimantra, our patient scheduling, telehealth, and electronic health record platform.
• Rupa Health, if you choose to order cash-pay lab testing through our storefront.
• Fullscript, if you choose to order supplements through our practitioner storefront.
• Pharmacies, for electronic transmission of prescriptions.
• Service providers who support our operations (e.g., payment processing, website hosting), under confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

As a patient, you generally have the right to access, request a copy of, and request corrections to your health record, and to request restrictions on certain uses or disclosures of your information, consistent with HIPAA and applicable state law. Children's privacy

Affordable Psych provides care to adults 18 and older. Our website and services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18.
